Refund Policy

If you are no longer able to attend your class, it may be rescheduled once at no additional cost. Please notify us as soon as possible if you cannot attend your class. We will gladly make every attempt to reschedule you for the future class of your choice. 

Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis. Classes have limited spaces available. 

Below are the refund guidelines:

-Refund requested 14 days or more before class (minus 25% booking fee + 3.5% fee) 

-Refund requested between 13 to 7 days before class (minus 50% booking fee + 3.5% fee)

-Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance will forfeit the full amount paid

-No show to scheduled training will forfeit the full amount paid

-If your state application is denied, you will not receive a refund

If you fail the classroom portion of the LTC course, you will be given an opportunity to attend one additional class (at no additional cost) in order to successfully pass it. If you do not pass the classroom portion (after your second attempt) and would like to take the course again, you will have to pay full price.

If you fail the proficiency portion of the LTC course, you will be given two additional opportunities to successfully pass it.
